The appointment book for independent electrologists
Your clients come every week or every other week for a year or more, and you bill by the minute. Solo Scheduling keeps those standing sessions standing, keeps your treatment notes with each client, and shows you what the month is worth.
Sound familiar?
Your 10:00 is on the table for an hour of upper lip and chin. A long-term client texts asking to switch her standing Tuesday sessions to Thursdays at 5 from now on. Thursday at 5 looks open, so you move the whole series.
Thursday at 5 is open in your book. On the family calendar, it is your son's swim lessons, every week until December, and you are the one who drives. Solo shows that calendar in the slot while you are moving the series, so you offer Thursdays at 3 instead.
Set up in two minutes
Pick “Electrologist” during setup and Solo starts you with the services electrologists actually book. Rename them, change the lengths, set your prices, and you are done.
- 15min 15 min
- 30min 30 min
- 60min 60 min
Add the extras you sell as priced add-ons, such as Topical numbing, Extra 15m, or Aftercare kit. Appointment titles start with “Electrolysis” so they are easy to spot in any calendar.
How Solo fits your week
Appointment scheduling
15, 30, and 60-minute sessions, priced by length. Set a client to repeat weekly or every two weeks and the whole course is booked. Move one session or the whole series when her schedule changes.
More about appointment scheduling →Client notes
Area treated, modality, probe size, settings, and how the skin responded. Dated notes under the client, so every session starts from the last one, months into the course.
More about client notes →Family calendar
A standing series runs for months. See the weekly swim lesson or the Tuesday carpool on the family calendar before you commit a client to that slot until spring.
More about family calendar →Revenue tracking
Know that this week is 27 sessions and $1,435, and that most of next month is already booked.
More about revenue tracking →Know your numbers
Say 15 minutes is $30, 30 minutes is $55, and an hour is $95. A week of ten 15s, twelve 30s, and five hour-long sessions shows on This Week as 27 sessions and $1,435 as soon as they are booked.
That is what makes the forecast useful for electrologists. Your clients are on courses that run for a year or more, so Solo Pro's four-week forecast, built from every standing session on the calendar, is close to what you will actually earn. Insights shows the year by week and your longest-running clients.

What Solo doesn't do
Solo doesn't take payments, collect consent or medical history forms, send reminders, or give clients a booking link. If you need intake forms and online booking, general spa software like Vagaro and Square Appointments does that, and it is priced like it.
If you are one electrologist who books by text and phone, sees the same clients every week for months, and wants a book that keeps your treatment notes private, that is what Solo is for.

Questions from electrologists
- Can I record modality, probe size, and settings?
- Yes. Add a dated note after each session. The client's record shows every visit and its notes, newest first, so you can see how the treatment has gone over months.
- Where are my treatment notes stored?
- On your iPhone and in your own iCloud account, encrypted at rest. Notes never leave your device or your iCloud container, and we never see them. There is no Solo server in between.
- My clients come weekly for a year. Does repeating work for that?
- Yes. Set the session to repeat weekly or every two weeks. When the schedule changes, move this session only or this and every future session.
- Can clients book sessions online?
- No. Solo is your book. Standing clients repeat on their own, and you book everyone else yourself in a few taps.
- What does it cost?
- Free for up to 3 active clients. Solo Pro is $7 a month or $70 a year for unlimited clients, all-time insights, and the cash flow forecast.
