Questions
- Can I keep SOAP notes in Solo? Where are they stored?
- Yes. Notes live on your iPhone and in your personal iCloud account, encrypted at rest. They never leave your device or your iCloud container, and we never see them. There is no Solo server for them to pass through.
- Do I have to enter my clients by hand?
- No. During setup Solo scans the calendar you already use and creates clients from your past appointments.
- What counts as an active client on the free plan?
- A client with appointments. Clients from years ago who haven't been back don't count against the limit.
