This week and this year
The This Week screen shows how many appointments you have and what they add up to. Insights shows the year so far: clients seen, revenue, and how that compares to the same point last year.
Weekly revenue trend
A chart of revenue by week makes the slow stretch in February and the rush before the holidays obvious, which is useful the next time you are deciding when to take a vacation.
Top clients
See who you see most, how many sessions, and what they have spent. It is a good list to look at before you decide who gets the first call when a slot opens up.
Cash flow forecast
Solo Pro projects the next four weeks of appointments and revenue from what is already booked, including standing appointments. It is on the Insights screen and in a Home Screen widget, so you know whether next month is covered before next month starts.
All-time history and pricing history
Solo Pro also opens up all-time totals: every client, every session, every dollar since the beginning of your calendar. Starting rates are kept with the date they took effect, so a report from 2024 shows 2024 prices.

Questions
- Does Solo Scheduling take payments?
- No. Revenue in Solo is the price of each appointment as you booked it. Collect money however you do today: cash, Venmo, a card reader, a tip jar.
- What if a client pays a different amount?
- Set a custom price on that appointment, with an optional reason. The totals update.
- Is the forecast a guess?
- No. It only counts what is on the calendar, including repeating appointments. If next month looks thin, that is because it is, and you have four weeks to fix it.
