- Can clients book a massage online through Solo?
- No. Solo is your appointment book. Clients reach you the way they do now, by text, phone, or in person, and you book them in a few taps.
- Can I track add-ons like hot stones or cupping separately?
- Yes. Add-ons have their own price and show on the appointment and in the client's visit history, so you can see who always adds the sauna.
- Where are my client notes and SOAP notes stored?
- On your iPhone and in your own iCloud account, encrypted at rest. Notes never leave your device or your iCloud container, and we never see them. There is no Solo server in between.
- I work out of two locations. Does that work?
- Yes. Book appointments at both on the same calendar and Solo keeps one schedule, one client list, and one set of numbers.
- What does it cost?
