Say a session is $60, a 90-minute test prep session is $120, and reviewing a practice test adds $40. A week of fourteen sessions, five test prep sessions, and two practice test reviews shows on This Week as 19 sessions and $1,520 as soon as it is booked.
Insights shows the year by week and against last year, so you can see that September starts slow, the weeks before finals are your best of the year, and July is quiet. Solo Pro adds a four-week forecast from what is already booked, including every weekly student, and all-time totals.

- Do online sessions work?
- Yes. Book them like any other session. Solo keeps the schedule and the numbers, and the call happens in whatever you already use.
- Is the client the student or the parent?
- Usually the student, so each one has their own history and notes. Keep the parent's details in the student's notes.
- Can I charge different rates for different subjects?
- Yes. Make a service for each, like Math or SAT Prep, with its own length and price, or set a custom price on a single session.
- Can I track a prepaid package of sessions?
- Not directly. Solo books and counts sessions. Note the package size and start date in the student's notes and compare with their session count.
- What does it cost?
